Extraordinary General Meeting

There will be an Extraordinary General Body Meeting of the FOAOA on Sunday 5th March 2017 at 10:00 AM at the Banquet Hall. Kindly make it convenient to attend. The agenda is as follows
- Report on major activities of FOAOA and results achieved
- Report on financial status of the Maintenance Agency, FOMPL with a special focus on
- Deficit of expenditure over income
- Means to augment income to ensure continuity of services
- Finalisation of House Rules necessary for peaceful coexistence and methods to enforce the same
- Preparations for statutory AGM to be held just after the closure of accounts at the end of current financial year.
- Any other matter with the permission of the chair
